How to use?

Apply base coat and cure. 
Apply 2 thin layers of base colour gel and cure both layers. (different base colour will provide different effect)
Apply no-wipe topcoat and cure
Use the magic powder pen on the topcoat surface evenly, then rub the nail surface. 
Remove the extra powder
Apply no-wipe topcoat and cure.
